We will be running in the trails known as "Jurassic Park" near Los Cerritos Middle School. Meet at the middle school at 8:30 am. (MAP) It will be a 45-50 minute run at an easy pace.

Again, this practice is ONLY FOR RETURNERS. New Runners should take the day off to rest.
