Hello TOHS Sports Families:

 

   The Girls Water Polo Program is once again working with Omega Rehab & Sport to provide TOHS athletes with our annual physicals.  Omega calls their physicals PhysicalPlus which also includes a sport-specific injury-prevention screen concurrent with the physical.  The cost is $40 and will include the paperwork necessary to be covered for the year.  Omega Rehab & Sport has also extended their Athletic VIP Membership Program to those that are interested.  For $150 per year ($12.50/month), you will receive the following benefits for an entire year:

 

Annual PhysicalsPlus including up to 3 sports-specific screenings

Unlimited pre- and post-game and practice taping

2 initial examinations of injuries and treatments

15% discount on all cash services and with select sports-performance partners
